Chris Bell spent the early part of his career training with Paul Rankin and Michael Deane. Winning the Gordon Ramsay scholarship in 2002, he went on to become the Head Chef at The Longridge Restaurant in Preston where he maintained its Michelin Star. Chris was received an award for Northern Ireland Chef of the Year in 2004. Chris shot to fame when he became the star of the hit TV series “Great British Menu” in 2011.
